This is a shortened translation of the German text.
I will not mention all names etc. and might take a shortcut on some of the stories.
But I will try to keep the context clear, so that an English speaking reader will be
able to follow the story.
As there are many “genealogy tree’s” especially in the USA (ca. 750), that claim,
that one of their forefathers was a Grawert, I will add this translation as a special service.
Some might be disappointed, as Hans Lamsting Grawert might not be such a
likely candidate, as some believe.
